Inzpire Home Design is a locally owned exterior and flooring studio based in Spanish Fork, Utah. Specializing in exterior and flooring finishes for new construction, with in‑house design services to help you pull everything together.
What we do
We focus on two things: exterior finishes and flooring. That means stucco, siding, soffit and fascia, stone, and other exterior details, along with LVP, carpet, hardwood and tile. Instead of sending you to multiple showrooms and subs, we bring everything into one place with a design‑driven approach.
How we work
We typically begin with a preliminary bid from your plans or photos, followed by an in‑person meeting to review style and budget. From there, we narrow down options, refine pricing, and help you make selections. Our goal is to make choices easier, keep communication clear, and deliver a finished home that looks cohesive.
Who we serve
We work with Utah builders, designers, and homeowners on both new construction and remodels across Utah County and the surrounding areas. Whether you need full exterior and flooring packages or help with just one part of a project, we’re set up to plug in where you need us most.
